The food this evening will be delicious and never a weak substitute for those that do not eat meat. With more and more people seeing the benefit of being Vegan and Vegetarian.

We will start the evening off with a citrus and ginger power shot before watching Daren demonstrate an array of delicious dishes finishing off with everyone sitting around the Chefs table to enjoy the foods demonstrated.

You will leave us with a variety of skills necessary to understand how to cook delicious Vegetarian and Vegan food.

Expert teaching and advice, using standard home kitchen equipment the class is informal so Daren welcomes lots of questions and interaction.

Leave with the knowledge and understanding to make the delicious recipes at home.

Experience the taste of authentic Chinese Cookery demonstrated by Lei Xiuli.
This spectacular Demo and Dine night will showcase the moreish flavors of homecooked Chinese Dumplings or Jiazo, a central dish at family dinners and festivals across China. Lei will take you step by step and show you how to make the perfect dumpling from scratch. Giving you many opportunities to ask questions about Chinese Culture.

So what's being demonstrated?

- How to make the dumpling dough and the techniques of kneading.
- How to roll out the perfect dumpling skin.
- How to use different flavour combinations to make a delicious fillings.
- Different ways of folding the dumpling. (hands on).
- Different methods of cooking the dumpling (eg: pan-fried, boiled and steamed).
- How to make delicious dipping sauces.

Following the Demo, guests will be invited to sit around the Chefs Table to enjoy the authentic, mouthwatering Chinese feast.

The menu for this evening:
- Crunchy Vegetarian Spring Rolls with Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce.
- Pork and Prawn Dumplings.

Italian food has some of the tastiest, freshest ingredients and flavours around which is probably why it has established a place in our daily diet.

Come join us for one of our Demo & Dine cooking class series, where you join us for an intimate evening of culinary education, delicious food and beautiful wine. No aprons will be dirtied or needed in this two hour demonstration followed by a three course tasting menu which will be prepared right in front of you as you sit back, relax and learn through watching, listening and tasting.

We take you through each course step-by-step, Daren will share his tips, tricks and tools of the trade.

Tonights menu will be full of exceptionally flavourful Italian dishes.

Take a look into the nutritional values that Game can give and the marriage between Game and the Autumn Foraging Season.

This one-day bread course offers you the opportunity to improve your bread making skills and learn techniques to make the very best bakes. We will show you some classic techniques aimed at adding sophistication to your bread making skills and a selection of bakes with which to impress your friends and family.

You can develop your artisan bread making skills and learn how to create exciting bread for day to day living. Whether you are a beginner looking to build confidence and skills or an old hand with bread we can challenge your skills and help you improve. You will knead, pummel and stretch your way to the perfect loaf. We will introduce you to a range of flours and you will learn about using fresh and dried yeast to make a variety of doughs for different types of bread. Once you have learned these basic doughs you can experiment at home with different shapes and adding extra flavours to them.

The classes take place in our stunning kitchen with breathtaking views of The Wyre Forest. We always encourage a hands on approach within the classes and all ingredients and equipment will be provided.

It's true to say Mr B does make a superb Paella. Tonight on the balcony hopefully enjoying a beautiful summers evening we'd love you to join us in learning to cook wonderful authentic Spanish food in this Spanish cooking class.

Spanish food is renowned for its bold and punchy flavours and this class is no exception. You’ll learn to make food that is seriously delicious at the same time as learning some new skills that will apply across all your cooking.

At the end of the session, you will sit together around the Chefs table to enjoy what has been prepared. Accompanied by Spanish wines and followed by delicious San Sebastian Cheesecake.

Again concentrating on Knife Skills throughout we prepare lots of Vegetables to experience the diversity of the cuts, resulting in accompaniments to the Chicken and Fish.

We will then move on to show how a stock and then a sauce can be made from the bones widening their skills and capabilities. Then to finish the cookery practical all the ingredients are put together to create a delicious dish with presentation skills being shown.

At the end of the session everyone sits together to enjoy the food prepared.

Skills to be taught:- Knife Sills, Chopping, Peeling, Filleting, Slicing, Sauté, Sauces and Presentation Skills.

Children will cook a range dishes, entirely from scratch using fresh ingredients. All children will work independently to create their dishes and at the end of the session their food will be packaged up ready to take home, along with copies of the recipes.

In this session, children will get involved with picking fresh salad from the Cook School Garden and learn different knife skills for chopping safely. They will then go on to prepare and assemble BBQ Chicken Skewers and learn the skills of marinading. The children will also learn how to create fishcakes by going through step by step instructions with Daren, resulting with a delicious, nutritious meal accompanied with the freshly picked salad.

Skills to be taught:- Chopping, Peeling, Marinading, Slicing.

Workshops are priced at £35 a session and run for 3 hours to include the use of Apron and Chefs Hat. Children take home everything they have made. Ages 11-13 years.
