The food this evening will be delicious and never a weak substitute for those that do not eat meat. With more and more people seeing the benefit of being Vegan and Vegetarian.
We will start the evening off with a citrus and ginger power shot before watching Daren demonstrate an array of delicious dishes finishing off with everyone sitting around the Chefs table to enjoy the foods demonstrated.
You will leave us with a variety of skills necessary to understand how to cook delicious Vegetarian and Vegan food.
Expert teaching and advice, using standard home kitchen equipment the class is informal so Daren welcomes lots of questions and interaction.
Leave with the knowledge and understanding to make the delicious recipes at home.

Prices are £60 per person which includes drinks and demonstration all food demonstrated will be enjoyed together at the end around the chefs table.
