Introduction to the course
During this four-hour course you will learn to chop, slice and dice like a professional in this essential knife skills workshop. We believe that being a good cook involves many skills but for us learning how to use a knife properly is essential. Great knife skills reduce preparation time and waste in the kitchen and produce more attractive dishes with improved texture and style.
This four-hour class begins with a welcome drink and a light bite to allow you time to discuss the experience you are about to have with the Chef and to meet your fellow students. For the next few hours you will learn the skills involved to create the dishes on our menu. To finish we will all gather around our chef’s table to enjoy a delicious recipe that you have prepared and enjoyed with a glass of wine or a soft drink.
