Forage and Feast

We are run 'Forage and Feast' Wild Food and Professional Cookery events at The Cook School, Bewdley throughout the year. Owen Raybould will trek and talk you around Greensleeves field which can be bursting with so many edible leaves and goodies to eat telling you all about them.

Then on your return you will enjoy a demonstration from Daren with Owen's assistance showing you ways of turning your forage into delicious tasty food. Try nettle soup with a difference (One of the most nutritious soups you can eat) followed by 2 more delicious courses. Cost will be £40 per head this includes a one and a half hour tour of the field with expert knowledge from Owen, Cookery Demonstration and to finish a 2 course dinner with a glass of homemade cider.
